Human resources are identified as the most important resource in the organization & therefore, an organization should have a strategic process to manage it effectively & efficiently. Today’s organizations follow different types of strategies & policies to achieve their organizational goals. Strategic human resource management (SHRM) is the inclusive set of managerial functions & tasks associated with developing & managing an effective workforce. It contributes to achieving strategic goals & effectiveness of the organization
